This Statement of Work (this "Statement of Work" or "SOW") is made and entered into as of June 12th, 2023 ("Effective Date"), and is by and between Horizon Digital Inc., a California corporation with its principal place of business located at 2150 Pacific Avenue, Suite 300, San Francisco, California 94115, USA ("Client") and Atlas Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Supplier"). This SOW is entered into under the Master Services Agreement between Supplier and Client dated April 07, 2023.

For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Party" or "Parties" shall refer to the Client and Supplier, individually or collectively. Capitalized terms used in this SOW but not defined in this SOW will have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
