Who Can Use Red Lynz?

To use our Services, you confirm that:

Connecting Providers and Clients

Red Lynz connects service providers (“Providers”) with businesses or individuals (“Clients”).

• Red Lynz only facilitates connections and does not guarantee service quality.
  
  
• Providers are independent contractors, not employees of Red Lynz.
  
  
• Red Lynz is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of Client or Provider information.
  
  
• Outside agreements between Providers and Clients are not allowed and may lead to account termination.
  
  

Messaging and Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Violate intellectual property, laws, or regulations
  
  
• Share offensive, fraudulent, or harmful content
  
  
• Compromise account or system security
  
  
• Run unauthorized processes or spamming tools
  
  
• Scrape or copy significant portions of the Services
  
  
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
  
  

Violating these rules can lead to account suspension or termination.

Provider-Specific Terms

• Providers may only collect Client information necessary for services.
  
  
• All collected Client data must comply with laws and be securely destroyed when services end.
  
  

Rights in the Services

All content (text, graphics, data, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit content without permission.
  
  
• We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use content solely within the Services.
  
  

Responsibilities and Content

• You are responsible for any content you contribute.
  
  
• We are not liable for user-contributed content or third-party links.
  
  
• You release Red Lynz from claims arising from disputes with other users or third parties.

• Canceling a Paid Service stops renewal but does not entitle you to a prorated refund.
  
  
• Free trials must be canceled before the trial ends to avoid charges.
  
  

Ending the Services

You may stop using our Services anytime by contacting info@redlynz.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, especially for violations.
Certain obligations (e.g., payment, ownership, dispute resolution) survive termination.

Mobile Applications and In-App Purchases

• Usage is subject to the terms of the App Store (Apple, Google).
  
  
• In-app purchases are governed by the respective app store’s terms.
  
  
• Apple users: Apple is not responsible for the Application or any related claims.
  
  

Referral Program

• Referral offers may provide incentives for referring new users.
  
  
• Red Lynz reserves the right to revoke rewards if the terms are violated or abused.
  
  

Legal Disclaimers and Limits

• Services are provided “as-is,” with no warranties.
  
  
• Red Lynz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  
  
• Total liability is limited to $100 or the amount paid in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
